Difference between 14ft Trampoline & 8ft Trampolines

You  might just think that there is a size difference between the 14ft trampoline and the 8ft trampolines, and of course there is, but that’s not all.  What does the extra size actually mean to you?  How will you use a 14 foot trampoline differently to an 8 foot trampoline?  This is what I’ll try to offer for you in this article.

One of the best pieces of advice is that if you’re going to be using a trampoline a lot, buy the biggest one you can fit in your backyard.  (and of course the biggest one you can afford)  The bigger the size, the higher you can bounce, and the older you can be when using it. (Did I say older? haha, I mean, the larger… sometimes these go hand in hand don’t they.) ;)

But that being said, the main difference between the 14ft and the 8ft trampolines is the size.  But don’t let that fool you.  You can still do a lot on the smaller sizes, and of course they cost less and take up less room.  Just think of it as something that you can use for a shorter period of time before you might need to upgrade.  And hey, some kids don’t like to use them as much as they grow older anyway.

I know we had a trampoline when we were kids, I think it was about 10ft, and we used it for a few years, then lost interest in it.  Also, make sure you take care of the trampoline too.  Nothing worse than having a trampoline which doesn’t work sitting there getting all rusty and taking up space.

So there you have it.  If you’re thinking of buying either a 14ft or an 8ft trampoline you’ve got some more information to help make up your mind.
